See, originally, the package had set aside about eight HOURS of shopping at that one mall. Katie and I can shop with the best of them, but that seemed to be a bit much to us. Even if the mall had a movie theater(it didn't as it turned out) or something for us to do to kill two hours there, and we spent two hours shopping, we'd still have four hours of mall time.
So, we called up the travel agency after a few hours at the mall and had them send a cab. We ended up getting back to downtown Athens in the early afternoon and decided to just start walking and exploring.
We found a great little cafe in the Plaka called "Eat at Miltons" where we had a great late lunch.
You should eat at "Eat at Miltons" if you find yourself in the neighborhood

This is where we found an awesome gift for Katie.
Fun fact: the last time the Olympics were in Greece, Byzantino made the jewelry worn by the Greek Olpmpic team in the opening ceremony.
After wandering the shops for a while, we just kept walking out of the Plaka and into the streets of Athns.
Before we knew it we stumbled into the Temple of Zeus.
You can always see the Acropolis in Athens. This is because it is illegal to build buildings over four stories tall in the area.
This ended up being a pretty free form day and sometimes those can be the most fun.
When this photo was taken, we would of been at the mall for another hour at least, not to mention the cab ride back.
We had dinner at one of the top rated restaurants in Greece, Daphne's. Our food there was excellent and the service was top notch. Easily one of our favorite meals in Greece. The place has a lot of good reviews and buzz online and it deserves all of it.
After some drinks we packed in for the night. Day 4 called for some long bus rides, but it was promised to be worth it.
